A written proposal must be submitted to the office (swro10@sbcglobal.net) or the Regional Administrator for fundraisers and a copy of print

material must be submitted for approval prior to distribution. Please be reminded that a written formal approval status will be provided prior to the beginning of any event planning or material distribution. Periodic progress checks should be reviewed with the Regional Administrator throughout the planning of all events all organizational processes are adhered to.
